MUST HAVES?

We have been downsizing..

Downsizing Stuff that is..Stuff and debt really..

SIMPLIFY that has been my mantra lately.

Craigslist

Ebay

Goodwill

have been our friends

OH! and that huge pile in my office for a yard sale threatens to bury us all if we aren't careful...

we keep thinking all of this will put us in a much better position to exit quickly if this house ever sells (shamelessly inserting picture of said house in case anyone happens to be in the market for a 106 year old Colonial in central Florida at a Steal of a price)

anyway

while doing this I am keeping in mind some MUST HAVES.. here is my Top 10 list of must haves..

1. Scissors in the kitchen,bedroom and office

2. A good pair of tweezers ( I like Tweezerman)

3. Super Glue to fix everything

4. Tape of all sorts Scotch, masking and DUCT (Duct should be a number all it's own)

5. Matches or a lighter (for lighting a grill or a candle)

6. Sharpie marker in black and brown to touch up scuffs, address a a package or label things

7. A small sewing kit for all those mending needs

( I have a jar that I keep the ones from hotels in)

8. A tape measure for a number of reasons from measuring a wall, a couch or a kid.

9. Clothes pins we use them for chip clips and the girls love to play with them best most inexpensive toy we have.

10. twine for tying up branches,a mattress or a kid (JUST kidding)

11. a bunch of #2 pencils and a sharpener, don't forget the sharpener)

12. spare keys for house and car.. A MUST HAVE!

13. a small notebook for jotting down random things like a grocery list or an appointment

14. rubber bands

15. Band-aides just because kids love them so....
